Tailored workplace safety training in Victoria, built for your site

CWT delivers non-accredited, tailored workplace safety training and its own verification of competency (VOC) assessments across Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and regional Victoria. Every session is scoped to your workplace first.

Is CWT training nationally accredited? No. CWT is not a registered training organisation. It delivers non-accredited, tailored workplace training and does not issue nationally recognised statements of attainment or high-risk work licences.

Does CWT do verification of competency (VOC)? Yes. CWT delivers its own VOC assessments for plant operators and high-risk tasks, conducted on your site against your procedures. A VOC confirms a worker can do the task safely in your workplace. It does not replace a high-risk work licence.

What topics can CWT cover? Situational awareness for field workers, critical risk and high-risk activity awareness, new worker readiness, worker wellbeing and mindset, environmental and site-specific hazards, and targeted toolbox talks and refreshers.

Who is this training for? New and entry-level workers, field crews, supervisors, plant operators, toolbox groups, and community and support service teams who need practical awareness training that fits their real work.

How much does workplace safety training cost? A toolbox or safety training session of up to two hours for up to 25 attendees is $1,200. A half-day workshop for up to 30 attendees is $2,400. All fees exclude GST and are confirmed in writing before delivery.
