CWT Safety & Advisory was founded by Chris Warren, a hands-on HSEQ specialist with over 20 years working across construction, cranes, rigging, high-risk operations, training, and safety advisory roles throughout Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
Unlike many consultants who come from purely academic or corporate pathways, Chris’ roots began on the tools:

From Cranes → Training → HSEQ Advisory
After years in high-risk lifting operations, Chris moved into vocational training, helping workers gain the skills and competence they needed to work safer and smarter.
This grew into training assessorships, compliance coaching, incident investigation work and eventually full HSEQ advisory roles across major construction, retail, government and infrastructure projects.
