About Chris Warren: Senior HSEQ Advisor and WHS consultant, Frankston South
Chris Warren is the Director of CWT Safety and Advisory, based in Frankston South, Victoria. He started on site at 14 and spent more than 20 years in construction and high risk industries as a crane operator, rigger, dogger and EWP operator before moving into senior HSEQ advisory.
Chris is a former WorkSafe Victoria authorised assessor for tower crane, EWP and forklift, and a former TAFE subject matter expert in working at heights and OHS. He is the ISO Management Representative for an integrated ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system, running internal audits and managing the external certification relationship.
His credentials include ICAM and TapRooT incident investigation, Mental Health First Aid, Return to Work Coordinator (Vic) and VESI and VEDN accreditations.
